Farm Ceiling Inlets

Explore by Ceiling Inlet Series

Ceiling inlets help ventilate barns in cold climates by drawing fresh, cool air from outside and directing it downwards into the barn in a controlled manner. These inlets are designed to mix the incoming cold air with the warmer air already inside the barn, preventing drafts and ensuring the fresh air is properly tempered before it reaches the animals. By controlling the airflow and maintaining consistent ventilation, ceiling inlets help to remove moisture, ammonia, and other harmful gases without causing temperature drops, which is crucial for maintaining a healthy environment in cold conditions.

Advanced Series

Winched ceiling inlets available with both single and double doors. An optional advanced sequenced opening mechanism is designed for precise airflow management, especially when minimum ventilation is required.

 4way Series

Counterweight or winched 4way ceiling inlets offer a unique four-way airflow pattern, allowing for larger spacing between air inlets. They come with a fully insulated frame or lid for enhanced thermal efficiency.

Poly Series

Available with either optional gravity or winched doors, the Poly Series features a durable plastic housing with urethane door options for enhanced durability and insulation.

Why Use Ceiling Inlets?

Ceiling inlets are crucial for agricultural ventilation systems because they ensure even air distribution, maintain a consistent temperature, and reduce drafts, which can cause stress or health issues in animals. By directing incoming air toward the ceiling, these inlets facilitate the mixing of fresh and warmer air, enhancing air quality by removing moisture, dust, and pollutants. Additionally, ceiling inlets contribute to energy efficiency by reducing the reliance on heating and cooling systems and offer flexibility to adjust airflow based on seasonal changes. This results in a healthier and more comfortable environment, promoting animal health and productivity.

Advance Open Feature

Our advanced opening system works by allowing selected inlets to start opening while the others remain closed. This is ideal for minimum ventilation, as it gives you more control over your barn climate. When more air movement is needed, the inlets continue to open and the second stage of inlets start to open as well, catching up with the first stage.
